From there, we clarify your desired features and functionality, define the tone and look of your website, and confirm the full scope and timeline of the project. You’ll also provide any existing branding materials like your logo, color palette, and font preferences to guide the design.
Using Figma, we draft the homepage and key inner page layouts, incorporating your brand’s colors, fonts, and imagery to reflect your identity. We focus on clean visual hierarchy and intuitive flow, ensuring the layout is both attractive and user-friendly. Once the mockup is ready, we share it with you for review. Revisions are made based on your feedback, and once approved, we move into development with a clear, solid design in place.
After approval, we set up a WordPress staging environment and begin building your site using Elementor and other essential tools. The approved designs are developed into responsive layouts that function smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. During this stage, we also implement the required features, from booking forms to integrations, ensuring the site works exactly as intended and looks great on all major browsers.
With the site built, we test each page for performance, responsiveness, and usability. All links, buttons, forms, and interactive elements are reviewed to ensure everything functions correctly. We then share the staging site with you for review. Feedback is collected and any necessary final adjustments are made to ensure the website is polished, error-free, and fully aligned with your expectations.
Once everything is approved, we perform a final pre-launch checklist covering site security, backups, speed optimization, and technical readiness. Then, we move the website from staging to the live server. To make sure you're confident managing your site, we provide post-launch training, this may include a short video walkthrough or a Google Doc with step-by-step instructions based on your needs.

How much does it cost to build a website?
It really depends on what you need. A simple, clean website with a few pages will cost less than a fully customized site with advanced features, eCommerce, or booking systems.
At KenCreatives, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing, we tailor every project based on your goals, content, and complexity.
How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the project, but we always prioritize quality and results over rushing. That said, for most standard projects, you can expect a turnaround of around 3 to 4 weeks, enough time to ensure everything is done right and built to last.
Does this include SEO?
SEO services aren’t included in our current packages, but rest assured, your website will still be built with solid SEO best practices in place. This means we’ll structure your pages with proper heading hierarchy, ensure mobile responsiveness, optimize images with alt text, improve loading speed, and integrate tools like Rank Math to help you easily manage meta titles and descriptions.
While we’re not offering full SEO strategy (like keyword research, ongoing optimization, etc.) just yet, your site will have a strong, search-ready foundation, and we plan to expand into full SEO services in the near future.

Do you provide websites for other platforms aside from WordPress?
Currently, our main focus is on building websites with WordPress, as it’s one of the most flexible, scalable, and SEO-friendly platforms available, especially for service-based businesses. That said, if you have a specific platform in mind like Webflow, Shopify, or Wix, feel free to reach out. We're happy to explore your needs and let you know if it’s something we can help with or point you in the right direction.
Can I easily make edits to my WordPress website?
Yes, definitely! Your website will be built with user-friendly tools like Elementor, which means you’ll be able to update text, images, and even layouts, without needing to touch any code. We also provide a quick walkthrough or video guide (upon request) so you feel confident managing your content. And if you'd rather not worry about edits at all, We offer ongoing support to handle updates for you.
How do I pay?
For now, we accept payments via Wise (preferred) as it’s fast, secure, and works well for international clients. If for any reason you’re unable to use Wise, no worries, we can discuss an alternative option.
Is there an upfront deposit?
Yes. To get started, we require a 25% upfront deposit once we’ve agreed on the project scope and timeline. This confirms your slot and allows us to begin work with full focus. The remaining 75% balance would be due once everything is ready for launch, and the site will only go live after the final payment has been settled. This is a common and fair practice that ensures commitment on both sides and helps keep everything on track.
